The golden rays through the trees lit up the wattle leaves from behind, absolutely mesmerising me. And in that moment, I knew my challenge would be to capture that ‘wow’ example of nature’s quiet beauty at its best.
We had a perfect afternoon there, rediscovering this special place after rains had once again filled it with water and life. The kids took a dip in their clothes, trying to catch tadpoles in their hands, while I studied the flora that grew along the path to the water.
